Three Great Singers

Once again, the students of One Voice Studio sang their hearts out for the annual Christmas show. This year, it was the year of the family and many students had their parents join them onstage. Fathers played guitar and bass, mothers and grandmothers sang, and everyone had a great time: such a great time that the studio is going to make every performance a family affair!

A Colossal Chorus

The cast of 30 voices sang at the Slatersville Congregational Church, the Holiday Nursing Home and then performed their finale at Chan's in Woonsocket. As always, this performing studio remembers that part of the responsibility of the performer is to use their gifts to give back to those in need. This year, the studio raised $1000 for the Haiti Project at the performance at the Congregational Church.

The Children that We Sponsored

The Haiti Project, with The United church of Christ and the Rhode Island Task Force, collect money to send children to school in Haiti, where there is no public education program. The kids were moved to hear Janet Igo speak about her own experiences in Haiti and why she feels that this project is important.
